The people behind the lens
Rooted in two places.
One way of seeing.
We are a small team with a shared belief: the way you present a home should reflect the care that went into it.
Made for these places
The craft is personal.
The process is built around you.
Founded by Jacob Schrader in the Bay Area, The Visaro was created around a simple idea: real estate media should reflect the quality of the homes it represents. What began as one photographer with a cinematic eye has grown into a studio trusted by agents and teams across Northern California and Nevada.
From Bay Area hillsides to lakefront homes in Incline Village and Truckee, every listing gets the same editorial care. Behind the camera is one portal for booking, delivery and every property website, so the process stays as considered as the work: book online, we confirm within 24 hours, and your photographs, film and site arrive ready to share.
